To ensure that our next guests have a great experience, please reference this checklist as you check out:
CHECK-OUT TIME IS NO LATER THAN 11:00 A.M. Please be courteous so our cleaner can get the cabin ready for our next guests.
Please leave all beds that have been slept in during your stay, unmade. Please do not remove sheets and pillowcases from the beds. Please leave towels hanging in the bathrooms. This assists our housekeeper in knowing which linens need to be washed. Thank you for your assistance in our efforts to conserve well water!
Place TV remotes beside each bed/couch. Return furniture & decor to the original location and leave the cabin as neat as possible.
Unplug toaster and coffee makers.
Please wash any dishes you used, dry and put away.
Remove all foods that you brought with you to the cabin or dispose of them properly. If there are items that we keep stocked in the fridge, please leave those.
Please make sure all trash is bagged, sealed and placed in the large bear proof trash can just below the front door of the upper deck upon departure.
Verify the inside gas stove is turned off to the “soft” stop position and the fan is turned off.
Verify the fire pit is covered with both the lid and soft cover.
Verify the gas valve to the fire pit, outside the back door, is
turned off, perpendicular.
If it was used, please clean the grill. Replace grill brush on hook. Replace cover on grill after it has cooled sufficiently and secure cover snugly with ties so it won’t blow off and blow away. It can be really windy on the mountain!!
Verify the main gas valve to the grill is turned off.
Please turn all of the lights off and close all curtains of all the bedrooms and the side curtains of the living room and dining area.
Please make sure the windows, side door and deck door are fully closed and locked. (Your code will stop working after check out time.)
